Social skills include the ability to listen to and clearly communicate with those around you. They also include understanding your customers and understanding those you work with. It is important to be able to solve problems by creating win-win long term solutions and resolve conflicts and differences of option so that both your staff and your customers are happy.
It does no good to be personally motivated, write a great business plan and build a colorful business website if you fail to take into account the social needs and interests of your staff and customers. This is why we include socials skills as an important component in all of our courses.
